INTRODUCING: NITS CRUÏLLA!
Festival Cruïlla is celebrating: this year marks 15 years since it settled in Barcelona’s Parc del Fòrum. Additionally, this season, the organizing team is managing its own live event venue for the first time—the legendary El Molino on Paral·lel. To mark the occasion, in March, May, and June, the festival will host three events at its new home in the city, paving the way for its 15th edition from July 9 to 12 and the end of its first season as managers of El Molino: Nits Cruïlla are here!
The Nits Cruïlla will take place on the last Thursday of each month (March 27, May 29, and June 26) and will offer a unique opportunity to experience a taste of the festival at El Molino, featuring its two main pillars: music and comedy. Each Nit Cruïlla will kick off with a stand-up monologue by a comedian, followed by a concert by an emerging artist and a set by a resident DJ. The goal is to bring the Cruïlla experience to life in the magical setting of El Molino.
The ticket to enjoy the stand-up monologue, concert, and DJ set will cost €5, including a drink—an affordable price to welcome all Cruïlla fans, regular attendees of the venue, and those who have yet to discover the festival or the space. It’s an invitation to celebrate the festival’s 15th anniversary and experience the Cruïlla essence firsthand. After the concert, if the venue is not at full capacity, free entry will be granted to anyone who wants to dance to the beats of the resident DJ at each Nit Cruïlla.
Coming soon: artist announcement and ticket sales for the next session!
The first Nit Cruïlla featured the comedy of Irene Minovas, a Vic-born actress and comedian known for her laid-back, absurd, and observational humor. She has collaborated with media outlets such as TV3 and RAC1 and has performed in comedy shows like El Soterrani and the Comèdia stage at the Festival Cruïlla. Next up was the concert by Galgo Lento, the alter ego of Martí Galán—one of the most promising voices in the Catalan independent scene—blending indie, R&B, and hip-hop with a unique essence and intense live performances that mix jazz improvisation with thoughtful lyrics. Closing the night was a set by Sona Lee, a Barcelona-based DJ of South Korean origin who fuses electronic, house, techno, and other genres with fresh and innovative energy, constantly exploring new sounds since 2018.
At Nits Cruïlla, you’ll experience everything the festival has to offer: the best talent in Catalan comedy, artists who may soon take to its main stages, and the unstoppable party spirit that defines both Cruïlla and the city of Barcelona. Each Nit Cruïlla will be a mini version of the festival—a box full of surprises, a one-of-a-kind birthday celebration, and a milestone leading up to the grand Festival Cruïlla 2025, taking place from July 9th to 12th at Parc del Fòrum!
