A Cruïlla for all tastes

Cruïlla is not just a festival: it’s an ephemeral city that we set up for four days to offer you the best experience of the summer. That’s why, apart from the wide range of music, art, comedy and technological innovation, you can’t miss the gastronomy!

This year we will have proposals for all tastes and realities: gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan options… but all equally delicious! In addition, you can now book and upload to your wristband the exclusive online pre-sale Menus that you can pick up on site at the festival through a fast track and save money and time!

This year we will also have reusable packaging (plates, bowls, trays, boxes…). All those gastronomic operators who are logistically able to do so will use these containers and, following the same system as for the glasses, the packaging will be returnable at the fixed and mobile return points, where the amount will be refunded. They will be washed so that they can be reused at other festivals, delivery services or public and private canteens.

Long-fermented and hand-kneaded doughs, Can Pizza carefully prepares its pizzas with a mixture of different flours from Italy and fresh, quality products.

Gonzalez&Co

This is the Tex-Mex, Fast-Casual restaurant chain with establishments in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia. Under the slogan "Made like at home or nothing", they stand out for their products cooked daily in their restaurants with fresh ingredients based on Mexican recipes adapted to the Mediterranean style.

Cuvo

At Cuvo, they have it "square", they are specialists in producing high quality pastries, totally artisan, with local and vegan ingredients. At Cruïlla Cuvo will be bringing their renowned cuvos and a finger-licking chocolate brownie.

Aitona Gourmet

The farmers of Aitona claim that this is where the sweetest fruit in the world is made! They grow and harvest with the same values as before, doing a job well done, making fruit that tastes like fruit! And at Aitona Gourmet they select the sweetest and tastiest nectarines, peaches and flat peaches so that you can enjoy them fresh from the tree! And this year they will bring them to the festival!

Creps Barcelona

With 3 establishments in the city of Barcelona, Creps Barcelona is an authentic Breton creperie that is a reference in Barcelona, with a range of crepes and biscuits made with the best ingredients.

Dr. Zhang

Born in 2018 in Barcelona's Sant Antoni neighbourhood, Dr. Zhang specialises in dumplings and fusion cuisine with Asian and local ingredients.

Chuchy

Chuchy is the ultimate gourmet hot dog. One of the most iconic Street Food specialities, revised and updated with the best artisan ingredients, offering a recognised, differentiated and high quality proposal.

Green Vita

Green Vita is an inclusive gastronomic concept suitable for everyone. A proposal based on healthy cuisine, made with fresh, local and seasonal products, born with the clear intention of offering good food.

Two Patties

Authentic specialists in the preparation of Smash Burgers in Barcelona, hamburgers made with local beef and cooked on the grill until juicy and well caramelised.

Syra Coffee

Syra Coffee is a company based in Barcelona, specialising in specialty coffee roasting. Its purpose is to democratise good, ethical and sustainable coffee for the environment and producers, with single origin coffees and a commitment to care for the entire value chain, from the farm to the cup.

Pastisseria Larosa

Located in Flix, in Ribera d'Ebre, La Pastisseria Larosa and its pastry chef Pau Carranza will be at Cruïlla offering their Cheese Cake, winner of the Best Catalan Cheese Cake Lactium 2024 Award.

Los Churros de Sant Martín

An innovative concept for churros recently born in Barcelona, a project that aims to reclaim them and update their method of preparation. The traditional churros, as you've never tasted them before.

El Filete Ruso

The first establishment specialising in burgers certified KM0 by SlowFood in Barcelona, El Filete Ruso offers a wide range of burgers made with organically produced and locally sourced meats.

Lady Dumpling

At Lady Dumpling they are specialists in the Chinese culinary tradition, with a special interest in dumplings, carefully prepared in an authentic and artisan way.

Gula Sana

Gula Sana is a project born in Barcelona with the aim of satisfying people with allergies and intolerances. Specialists and certified in gluten-free cuisine, Gula Sana will bring to Cruïlla an inclusive proposal suitable for all types of diets.

Bar Trikini

Located in Barcelona's Poblenou, Bar Trikini specialises in making trikinis, bikinis cut into three tiers and baked in the oven, with names and signature recipes inspired by the beach and showbiz culture of the 80s and 90s.

The Fish & Chips Shop

The Fish&Chips Shop has fused the Asian culture of its owners with the British and proper Fish&Chips culture. Fresh fish, smoked tempura batter and chips with Indian and Pakistani spiced salads.

La Pita Bonita

Born 2 years ago in the Barrio de Gracia, at La Pita Bonita they claim tits as universal food, offering excellent tits fusing world cuisines and Mediterranean gastronomy.

Las Muns

With several shops in Barcelona, Las Muns is a successful concept in the city specialising in the preparation of original, quality empanadas.

Flamma

Flamma is a gastronomic novelty in the city of Barcelona. Around the torta de recauda (the Catalan pizza), they have created a universe of their own with the aim of updating, enhancing and vindicating the torta de recauda.

María una Crep

By carefully choosing their ingredients, María una Crep makes excellent sweet crepes and Breton biscuits with savoury ingredients to suit all tastes.

Una Pizza Foodtruck

In a 1977 Piaggio APE, Una Pizza Foodtruck makes authentic Italian pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Based in a vintage camper van, Food Truck Woody travels the world offering great burgers and crispy, hand-cut fries.

La Moderna

Since the 1980s, La Moderna has been travelling around fairs, markets and festivals, offering handmade crepes with natural ingredients.

Cal Pastor

Cal Pastor Foodtruck is the brainchild of two young people with a passion for cooking, a young project that is sensitive to sustainability and presents a very specialised proposal: tacos and totopos.

Indakalma on the road

Based in Alta Garrotxa, Indakalma is building a proposal inspired by its travels around the world, where the meat and vegetables come from farms in the surrounding area, the Garrotxa region.

Ca la Frida

At Ca la Frida, they make signature piadinas and sandwiches with products from Girona, where the pork, beef and chicken come from small livestock farms.

The Craftmans Food Truck

From the Lands of Lleida, sandwiches made with rustic bread and their own recipes define The Craftmans Food Truck's proposal.

Chalito Food Truck

At Chalito they are committed to offering the best milanesas in the city of Barcelona. Beef, chicken, pork or aubergine, plastered and put in sandwiches with the best toppings to choose from.

Miquel Antoja

For the second year, the chef and trainer Miquel Antoja will prepare an informal proposal at the Cruïlla, based on fresh and seasonal products, inspired by traditional Catalan cuisine.
