MLiR, long live the vinyl!
MLiR are Einar Christofferson and Marco Gegenheimer. Two Swedish madmen who rescue vinyls from all around the world, forgotten gems we would never have discovered if we had to rely on Spotify.
And then, they do some magic: they sample the vinyl and turn it into a danceable hit with a house beat.
The acronym MLiR also stands for Modern Life is Rubbish. Because analogue sound is their thing. The organic feeling of the vinyl. And this philosophy will make lovers of 60s and 70s music fall in love with them.
We will see them on Saturday, July 14th at the Brugal stage. With your Saturday ticket you will also get to see Justice, David Byrne and Orbital live, among many others.
Buy here your ticket for Saturday or, if you would rather live the whole experience, get a several days festival pass.
