Little could Juan Luis Guerra have imagined in 1984 when he recorded ‘Soplando’ with a group of friends that he would become an international reference of the Latin song. 38 years and countless hits later, the Dominican lands at the Cruïlla Festival, the ideal place to enjoy, dance and keep the blood sugar high dancing to the rhythm of merengue and salsa.
More than thirty years endorse a musical career in which he has released eighteen albums, among which Bachata Rosa, Ojalá que llueva café or A son de Guerra stand out. In total, the artist has sold more than 60 million copies worldwide. The composer’s creativity and musical variety have led him to be considered the most universal Dominican musician.
Juan Luis Guerra and his band 4.40, formed by more than ten musicians, arrive at the Cruïlla Festival on July 9th to make you enjoy the hits that have made you dance all your life.
